Okay, I just received another SMS from the organizer of Rock Blast. Looks like there going to be an event call Art & Music Festival on the 23rd of Nov at American International School of Kuwait. Starting from 2:00pm till 9:30pm.

Entry ticket for [KD 5.000] and to buy your ticket, SMS your full name as written on your Civil ID card to Jassem – 9487017.

They are not selling any tickets at the show.
